Sharda manufactures Hammer Unions from Raw Materials in the form of Forgings or Castings in accordance with Service Requirements in Sizes 1" to 12" with ratings upto 20,000 PSI cold working pressure. Unions for Sour Gas services are manufactured in accordance with NACE MR-01-75& API RP-14E.

Sharda's Hammer Unions are Interchangable with WECO or other manufactures adhering to the Industry standards.

The Unions are interchangeable with other name brand manufacturers adhering to industry standards. Various ABCO seal designs provide positive sealing for all pressures and applications.

ABCO low pressure Unions are manufactured from ASTM A-105 and high pressure unions (6,000 PSI and above) are manufactured from welded grade AISI 4130 material. The Hammer Unions meet API 6A and/or API 16C requirements. The unions are approved by DNV, ABS and Lloyd's.
